Shep Rose gave Instant Grit a tour of the Palace Hotel, proudly showing off what the establishment has to offer. Pink bathrooms, graffitti art commisioned by a local artists, taxidermy, and gourmet hot dogs are some of the things that make this place the quirky and fun destination that it is. Dishes that we recommend? The "Get-Low" Country hot dog, chicken or duck tacos, and don't leave without trying the rice cakes or avocado toast.
